Frequently Asked Questions
When does the school year begin?
Our academic year runs from late August through early June, following a rhythm aligned with the seasons and natural cycles of the year.
Can we enroll mid-year?
While we prefer fall enrollment to allow children to settle into our classroom rhythms, we do accept mid-year applications on a case-by-case basis depending on availability.
What is your approach to technology?
We maintain a screen-free environment for early childhood and elementary. Technology is introduced thoughtfully in middle school as a tool, not a focus, supporting our hands-on, nature-based curriculum.
Do you offer before and after school care?
Yes, we offer extended care from 7:30 AM and until 5:30 PM for families who need additional support. Extended care maintains our nature-based, play-focused approach.
How involved are parents expected to be?
We view parents as partners in education. While we don’t mandate volunteer hours, families typically participate in seasonal festivals, work days, and classroom support. Parent education evenings help families understand and support our approach at home.
Ready to Begin?
